>Jeanie Foundation is not a registered charity it is a not for profit company.
Maybe when it is charity people might donate.
Until then I think people deserve to be suspicious.
It could be argued British Leyland (Rover) were a not for profit company, as they never made any profit.

Doesn't anyone find the idea of raising money for a childrens foundation via adult modelling and porn inappropriate?
Also, the whole not-for-profit org thing means bugger all as anyone could still draw a wage from the donations.
Also seems like the "office number" is shared with another website

Someone feed me biscuits, I'm becoming a right Sherlock Holmes here

Just out of interest, and without implying any wrongdoing, what proof do you have that your company is not-for-profit?
Nothing on the Companies House entry suggests this. For example, it is not listed as a Community Interest Company (see
http://www.cicregulator.gov.uk./) even though it would be an ideal vehicle for this project.
As the CIC website says,
"Community Interest Companies (CICS) are limited companies, with special additional features, created for the use of people who want to conduct a business or other activity for community benefit, and not purely for private advantage. This is achieved by a "community interest test" and "asset lock", which ensure that the CIC is established for community purposes and the assets and profits are dedicated to these purposes."
I must take issue with the statement on your site Jeanie, however, that says:
"I am a qualified Teacher's Assistant and therefore I am fully trained in all aspects of what Children need."
I would suggest that something like an NVQ Level 3 (which is as high a qualification as most teaching assistants need) is hardly sufficient training to justify a statement like that.
I hope your intentions are honourable, and I have no proof that they're not, but neither have you provided any proof that they are - and for that reason, I'm out.
