I ordered a pissing compilation vid from them recently and received it in 10 days - I was a bit disappointed with the content though as only about 25% was on topic, the rest was shaving and frigging - nice as it goes but i expected better. the website worked fine for me though

I also had trouble having a credit card accepted - several different cards and at different times.
However, having complained to Amanda Charles by e-mail and having had several apologies and other helpful comments from her I ordered from her catalogue. Twelve working days later (on last Thursday) all 6 vids arrived intact.
(I cannot yet comment on quality as I have not had a chance to view any of them. I'll be back!).
