I would be genuinely interested to know how he was rumbled. Look at him now compared to before. Previously he had an ordinary facial look, with a slightly 1980's hairstyle - somewhat fuller on top with a bit sweeping forwards. Now he is a huge puffball of white hair, more resembling Frank Dobson than Simon Le Bon. I've no idea how he managed to eat, or breath for that matter, with a beard and 'tach THAT BIG !!!

I don't see why he needs to be arrested or tried for anything, all he did was fight a war. If he can be arrested and put on trial, surely Blair and Bush should also go before the courts for their roles in Iraq. What happened wasn't nice, but don't forget the Dutch UN troofs (Dutchbat) stood by and watched the massacre - why didn't they do something if they were that concerned?

I think the differnce is that he organised total extermination of some communities, which involved having 8,000 men and boys murdered one after the other, and the shelling from hill tops of defenceless civilian towns. There are certain things that are acceptable (well, kind of) in war and certain things that arent. At the Nurrenberg trials after World War 2 none of the Nazi guys were tried for anything that we and the Americans had done ourselves. The head of the Luffwaffe (airforce) was never tried for the bombing of civilian areas because we did that to them so it would have been hypocritical. When someone steps outside the remit of what is deemed ok by the Geneva Convention (death camps, genocides, ethnic cleaning, etc) then it becomes 'a crime against humanity' and people are tried. Like Robert Mugabe should be.

In other words we make the rules to suit ourselves, then go after selected persons - mainly because they weren't on our side. Funny how most of Africa and South America are full of despots, supported by the US and ourselves.

Given the upper hand, the Bodniacs would have done the same to the Serbs I'm sure.

there was a serbian guy working at my local.. really nice guy. one day some of his old army buddies came round to the bar and they were telling me about thier war experiences... i could tell they were holding things back.i have always wondered since then how inolved he was in the massacres and rapes back then.needless to say i have stopped talking to him and he knows why.At the end of the day there were a lot of people guilty of some horrendous gruesome crimes against the muslims in bosnia not just karadzic and mladic who are a thousand time worse than bin laden

He is going to defend himself, which should be worth a laugh. All over Europe already rich defence lawyers will be knashing their teeth at not being able to defend the murdering twat and earn themselves a couple of million..

Need to do a Ceaucescu, guilty, death sentence, out into courtyard, aim, fire, problem solved.
