He HAS been banned, and now he should be given a second chance, ok if he fucks up again fair enough.

You must also consider the other 3 in the 4 x 100m relay team who were clean yet had to hand their medals back as well because of Chambers inconsideration. There's some bitterness in the camp if he is allowed to join them, which I fully understand as well

His argument is that it is an "unreasonable restraint of trade" for the British Olympic Association to ban him from the Olympics for life. It is a restraint of trade, but I would think a reasonable one, and it has been a long standing rule, which Dwain Chambers must have known about when he took drugs. He's a cheat who thought he would not get caught, but he did. Tough shit. The BOA does not want Britain to be represented at the Olympics by drug cheats, and I think they are well within their rights. If Chambers wins his case I will be very disappointed.

Yep, I'm related to a former Olympian, and he said the same, as a clean athlete, he was never really in with a chance competing against the 'average' competitors.
