Gervais!!

Never in the history of British comedy has such an imbecilic, talentless, moronic cretin been given such high sycophantic praise from the luvvies in the 'meejar' (predominately his lackey arse-lickers at the BBC).

I know what you mean, Deano.

I used to think that his stuff was so funny that it should have carried health warnings (many a time I've been in serious danger of doing myself a mischief watching BC, he's had me laughing so uncontrollably).

But his more recent stuff - while still having the odd amusing moment and raising the occasional chuckle - I've found to be all a bit safe and samey.

I think Peter Kay has gone off the boil a bit as well (not that he seems to have done a lot these past couple of years or so).

And his Web site is basically just an online shop (or at least it was last time I looked) - very disappointing.

Oh and I almost forgot:

Those two silly bints from "Birds Of A Feather" (can't remember their names).

"I was stuck on a table with Frank Skinner and he must be one of the most boring men I've ever bumped into...he certainly made an evening go on and bloody on for all of us! And as for David Baddiel my other half - had to show him how to work a 1950's coffee machine...not hard, undo top - fill with water, fill with coffee and plug in...he couldn't figure how you got the water in! Well thats Oxford Uni for you."

I'm afraid to say Baddiel went to Cambridge, but I'm happy for Oxford to get the credit for the unfunny cunt.

I can only imagine that Frank Skinner was sober when you met him, he's funny most of the time. Mind you, a mate once saw him sat on the pavement in Soho covered in sick, he wasn't quite so droll that night.

Elton was only ever funny as a writer (occasionally), and on the few times he co-wrote, e.g. 'Blackadder 2, 3, 4'. As a stand-up he was an embarrassment!

Dave has recently been showing Filthy, Rich And Catflap, which I had happy memories of, and I'm afraid to say it's been embarrassingly bad. Additional material by Rik Mayall, but main writer is one B. Elton. Said writer is possibly the front runner in any competition to find the sell-out of the century.

Blackadder was excellent; Young Ones pretty funny. But any comedy show written by Elton alone tends to be pants.

Alexei Sayle despises the git for plagiarising his material. I loathe his hypocrisy in hounding the likes of Benny Hill out of telly, then pushing his own knob gags.

Oh...I was going to say Oxbridge - just to cover both sins, I wasn't total sure!

Jimmy Carr - Shite, self important tosser
Russel Brand - talentless, egotistical arse
Ricky Gervais - His stand up is an embarresment
Peter Kay - Must have told the same jokes about a thousand times
Victoria Wood - anything she is on, goes off
Andy Parsons - Talking funny doesnt make you funny.
Joe pasqualie (or whatever!) see above
Sean Lock - More a disappointment than anything. Though he would be great and he was dire!!
