Not an expert on horses so just put a fiver on for a bit of fun

Had ?1 on Philson Run as part of a round robin, ?2 to win on Butler's
Cabin and ?2 to win on Comply or die at 9/1 so ?15 up at end of day

Did notice that when I put my bets on at about 1 o'clock that all
the prices had dropped a lot from the prices printed in morning paper
but as it went off at 7/1 I suppose I didn't do too bad

The prices will fluctuate on the basis of how much money is being backed on a certain horse, and how strong a favourite a horse is.Reason why you never get a poor bookie.

I normally bet on football matches,ie:first goalscorer, correct scores etc etc

In the new year,i backed ?50 on Chelsea to win both the Premiership and the European Cup at odds of 40/1.The price is now 20/1.Great 'if' it comes through !happy!ATS wrote:

bet on the national for the first time ever, Got on King John's Castle e/w, It's a bit unfair they charge you double for laying an each way bet and places two to four your odds are quartered, oh well still a winner!
