The picture is absolutely genuine and not a tampered photo. Teresa kindly offered to do the photo for us some while ago, and in fact ended up doing the shoot twice due to some problems with the first pictures.
While she's certainly at the softer end of the spectrum, she has done penetration in some of her videos which is why she has a listing on the site - it doesn't have to be a bloke doing the penetration for a girl to be listed here, even a finger will do.
I personally feel quite honoured that someone with Teresa's stature in the glamour/porn scene has done this for us and is happy to be associated with the site. Believe me, there is more than one girl listed here who would rather not be...
