Blueyonder. Unlimited and never had a problem with fair usage policies despite downloading big .iso's and online gaming/daily podcast downloads etc.

What shareware programs aren't trumpy

More concerning is the number of seeders being tracked down by the music industry(R.I.A.A.).Anecdotal evidence mind you

Hiding your IP address if your on broadband would be a higher priority I would have thought

I used to be with BT up until 15 months ago and was using torrents on a regular basis when totally out of the blue I received a bill from BT demanding either payment of ?125 for excessive usage or I could find another supplier with the charge scrapped. Needless to say I left BT but I agree they do not like P2P users.
