I am already thinking about this. I think I will make them downloads rather than CDs. It is easier to not have stock and it also makes the service instant.

I also training in stress management, NLP and life coaching so I will be able to offer a range of services.

Earlier tonight I spoke to the partner of the woman I worked on this week. He said after her session they went out for a curry, it was the first time they had spent the evening out together in months. He said that they were so happy that a young couple near them came over and said that they looked really happy and wanted to know their secret!

do you do any work on stopping smoking?
if so what do you charge and how many sessions do you think a person needs
was looking at it in my own town, but the only credible (member of the various bodies etc) person doing it I went to school with, not sure I want him knowing my mind!!!

I am doing stop smoking sessions. I am actually doing 2 with people this week.

With all treatments, reinforcement over a given time period will always produce better results. I can make you feel good without smoking, and even make you dislike smoking and the taste of it.

I would suggest having 2-3 session in total, however just 1 session will have a great impact.

I am currently offering all sessions free of charge as I am not yet qualified (will be next week) so I need the experience with willing subjects.

Here is an email I get from the woman I worked with last week. I dropped her an email to make sure she was still smiling and happy, she is going to send me a proper testimonial soon but here is what she sent for now.


Hi Matt,

Yes thank you and yes I do have a smile still on my face, I do realise and appreciate though I will need another couple of sessions and would like to arrange them with you sooner rather than latter. I am not in the office until next Monday and feel sure that all will want to visit you.
