She did porn, she signed the release form, she knew what would happen. I bet she didn't complain about the money at the time. Tell her husband to go fuck himself.

Oh, how I love it when porn-whores and their spouses get bashful about what they've done.

Why would you 'love it'? Is this a new fetish I've not heard about?

Adult performer, adult actress and porn star are all names commonly used when referring to porn actresses.

You chose 'porn-whores'.

Nice.........

If you have a model release form signed, all IDs are correct and legal etc then you are under no obligation to remove your content as she was aware at the time. Of course people's situations do change and if SHE asked you politely to remove her images due to her change in circumstances then fine you would then make the decision at that time, however if her husband contacts you again or even if you mail him back just state that although you are under no obligation to remove the content if SHE was to contact you personally asking for it to be removed then you will, as it is her images on there not his.

Then see if she makes the call, if not leave it on - I take it the guy doesn't know where you live!!

All the best, horrible situation, hope I never have to make the decision, but for what it's worth I would only remove it after speaking with the model, not a husband!!

Hope that helps.

Wendy

Thanks Wendy, that makes a lot of sense.

According to the original photographer, the girl was really nice and very pleasant, so I would be inclined to remove the content.

As you suggest, I'll see what she says.

My archive of snaps goes back to the early 80's and I've run into the same problem.
With amateur models I don't use their real names and over the last 10 years I've always asked them to write the name they wish to be know as on the back of the release.
As for removing content it depends. If the snaps predated the web and the model (not their partners) asked me to remove them I probably would, and have done so on a couple of occasions, but if they we shot primarily for internet use I would say no.

The photographer and I assumed that she was happy to be known by the name on the model release. She was a professional model and was booked through an agency and she was well aware that the video was solely for internet use.

Anyway, the model has now contacted me and has suggested that I use a different name for her on the site. The problem with that is that Google will hold the old name for quite some time and would still lead anyone who Googled her real name to the site.

So, I've done the nice thing and removed the videos and her name from the site. Call me an old softy..................

However I have made it clear that I retain the right to use the videos in the future, although I will use the stage name she suggested.

Thanks to everyone for your thoughts. I'm in dilemma no longer.

Yes AIB, she did appologise for her husband. She says he's a hot head and hates the thought of other men seeing her naked.

I now remember doing a search on Google with her name before I built the site and found that she was registered with a model agency under her name. The site no longer lists her, but she must have used her real name for a good few years. That's why at the time I didn't see any reason not to use it.

By the way, Alice in Blunderland, could you email me please at the address in my profile? I have some information for you.
