No, R18 will be legal but as stated "an extract from a classified work would still be covered by this law, if it was determined that the reason for extraction was for erotic purposes!
So if you make a screen cap for the purposes of "erotic entertainment" that could be illegal.

I think you misunderstood me. I was referring to Trumpton's R18 DVDs in particular (not portrayal of the acts in general) which *are* clearly excempt under section 65(2):
"65 Exclusion of classified films etc.
(1) Section 64 does not apply to excluded images.
(2) An “excluded image” is an image which forms part of a series of images
contained in a recording of the whole or part of a classified work."
