The BBFC Trust scheme has very little to do with 18R and their concern is about parent not able to control their own kids viewing unrated content. I think its a good start and if you understood the intentions you would to. Relocating will not help as the ISP's will block out ilegal content. I also would like to know what is wrong with the strength of 18R, I thought it was great, I only ever had 1 cut in my 18R and it was me naked on a moped. So why do we need stronger or is it some producers can sell their content so need to shoot it to shock. This will give producers an open playing field where they can deliver content strait to peoples TV sets legally. Now if you want to move to North Korea to avaid the law fine, me I always try to work within it or on the line,

It'll get to the stage where all servers are abroad,more and more of the action is on the net,less and less in the shops.
I'm so glad I'm in Ukraine,we have so many laws,just nobody ever bothers about them:)
