As I've been trying to say, I'm not tarring all those from Liverpool with the same brush. This myth that being a crim from the Pool makes you more lovable is what the "scallies" post was about.

All cities, and towns, and villages have criminals. They have no redeeming features, they live off other people and seem to think that's fine. No amount of alleged regional humour makes that acceptable.

Manchester has a higher crime rate than Liverpool, and I know which city I feel safer walking round after dark.
