As a professional you work within boundaries of the job and the responsilbilites your personnal beliefs are irrelevent to the job and so they should be as you are there to befriend.

i would and do have great concenrs when working with other professionals who are there because they "care" they shouldnt be in the job as they readily open to explotation and can readily forget their responsilbilites.

For the record i work in a role where i get to see front row seat these dreggs going about there lives without a care in the world as im not a copper/probation officer or god forbid the caring sharing DIP worker who they milk like no ones business get what they want.

And the new get tough approach to drugs is rubbish as for a start they watered down DTTOs like no ones business and the DRR is even worse its more an excerscise to keep users of prison rather than something you once had to earn the chance to get on.

For the record Warren im talking from something i witness/experience everyday rather than a statistic or article ive googled.
