Andy thats EXACTLY the problem its where YOU are located.
If you have a site they deem as illegal, you can't enter US airspace.
My friend Shannon owns bmezine.com and he was pretty much told he would serve about a MILLION years if he was in US, so he moved to mexico, then back to canada.
Follow 2257 of stay the hell out of the us is the message they are sending.

I believe that the USA driving licence is now a requiremet this is one of the things that caused so many problems with the 2257 as it shut a bunch of talent out of the market. The only UK girls who can shoot now have somehow aquired USA id

Layla, I'm not 100% sure on this, but I believe the location the stuff was shot matters. Like if its shot in the UK, You can use UK ID, or if shot in Mexico you can use mexican id. But if its shot in the US, it has to be US ID.
There was a post in the FSC about producers hotfooting it over to mexico from LA, shooting content there, then heading back, as long as the papers are in order for mexico where it was produced, it was said to be ok.
The same goes for a UK Website, they are Expected to comply with 2257 but with UK Documentation.
