No.
Players can concede at any time they want to in a match. It's in the rules, so he hasn't broken any. As for the spectators, nobody forced them to pay to watch and his sponsors have more reason to be annoyed than anyone.

Yep, you may not like that he conceded but if it's within the rules then it's fine. Spectators go to matches knowing that conceding is in the rules so should expect it (on occasion).

I think Red Cards can spoil a football game, but I wouldn't ask for my money back if I went to a match where 2 players got sent off. I accept it.
