As Cenobitez says if the producer owns the content anyway why would he need to remove it?
Secondly as it is a piece of piss for the consumer to do if you know what you are doing then no it's not a big job.

Reason i wana know is becaus im busy on a project that will be selling other producers material through my site, some producers will have their material already edited and coded by DRM. i just wana know can they remove it easily.

Your question has been answered. YES it can be removed, However. A producer wouldnt need to remove it anyway.
I have original raws stright of the media, as well as edited final, and 2 different sizes of protected final edits with watermarks/logos/urls/drm/whatever on all the work i have done.
Do i think about how can i remove my protection? Oh hell no, i have the final clean edits without, so i dont need to remove them.
if you concerned about someone stealing your content ? well there aint a whole lot you can do other than try.
