Years ago the old bill would pull anyone cycling on the pavement, now they dont care a shite and i doubt if most cyclist realise they are breaking the law when they are doing it.,

If you take a look at my freespirit site there is a free video clip of the London Naked bike ride, now thats how all cyclist should be dressed much better than that old lycra stuff.
