Sorry Buttsie, I should have said KazaaLite to start with but I just refer to it as Kazaa, period.
I have Klite, but it still requires certain bits removed.

I used to always find kazaalite would occasionally just freeze
which I assume had something to do with the way its reserves space ahead of time resulting in massive CPU usage



So if theres no spyware what other parts are still a problem?

My one used to freeze on preview as well.

I installed it years ago now and only ever followed the instructions the once so I really can't remember what it entailed, short of a couple of reg edits and the removal of something in Windows/System.

I'm pretty positive the page was up at Cnet for a few months.
Perhaps older versions of Klite had a problem? Dunno. Either way, I had to remove some crap.

Now it's redundant. I only use it for the odd bit that I can't find anywhere else, like Kylie & Jason: Megahits Volume 17.

If its all the same I'll pass on any P2P editing for the betterment of my ears eyes & peace of mind

With the Jason & Kylie reference I'll never use them again just to be on the safe side so I don't ever become confronted with the ultimate evil - Volume 18 Digitally Re-Mastered DVD
