I've read numerous books about the Kennedy assasination and it still fascinates me, it really does.
Wonder if all the conspiracies flying around would be as strong if Mr Zapruder hadn't been trying out his fancy new video camera when the president came to town?
As for Chicago, I wouldn't say all of it's an 'armpit'!
The Millenium Park that's just opened (yep you're right - "Millenium" Park, it should've opened four years ago.) looks pretty impressive and looking at the city skyline from a boat tour on Lake Michigan is, as the locals are fond of saying, 'awesome dude'.
I'm looking forward to my first winter here; should be quite an experience. Fall's not too bad thus far; late October and it's sunny and 71 today.
