If Lizard can't help, and Deuce can't help, then I doubt any of the rest of us can. Have you checked Lizard's locker in the Miscellany section?

Re: Maybe a Computer Forum then?

This link looks like its related to your problem...mentions casinopalazzo.com under technical details

Failing that I'd suggest you ask the expert at these spyware help forums but of course they will most likely want a complete print out of your system
which the program Hijack This at can provide

Judging by the number of casinopalazzo entries on the forums it looks like this nasty is a fairly new occurence which would explain while all the usual remedies have failed

Thats very nice Caractacus but the truth is any expert/or amateur needs all the facts to be able to prescribe a possible solution with any accuracy otherwise its like searching for a needle in a haystack

As some experts have said of spyware said....its an ongoing thing that will always be a threat

They create the Nasties and we attempt to block them but we are always behind

Judging by the number of people asking for help on the forums and the time delays in responding because the threats are UNKNOWNS the spyware creators are streets ahead

cheers

Re: Internet tutorial page

As your a novice computer user this page is a must...opened my eyes

Covers internet security, spam & scams in detail, just to name a few

Although I wouldn't recommend playing around in the registry(regedit)
as you can really destroy your computer if you get it wrong
