One to watch for a year or twos time is a brit racing in the US, Dan Wheldon. Got the talent just not the money. If he can get an F1 test he will show his speed and should do well.
Also for those who bet, a good wager may be on young Lewis Hamilton. He has been backed by McLaren since he was about 9 or 10 in karts, and also has the excellent Martin Hines as a manager. He has talent, and with Mclaren money behind him should find his way to F1 in about 3-4 years.

"The sooner he makes way for a somone else the better"
Why? He's the best in the world by a mile and enjoys what he does, why on earth should he make way for someone else? Surely it's for someone else to come along and challenge him and the team?

"There are things you clearly do not know"
Oh do tell! Some conspiracy theory perhaps like the wonderful story about Ferrari deliberately sabotaging Eddie Irvine by only giving him three wheels at a pit-stop so as to bollox his chance of winning the championship before Schumacher did it.

Still own the red car, do we, Paul?!
Shuey can certainly drive, but F1 is just about the most boring motorsport in the world at the moment. No overtaking outside the pitlane. I remember when it used to be good.
Get yourself into BSB, WSB (also known as The Pirelli Cup) and especially MotoGP. Now *that's* racing. No downforce and minimal aerodynamic aids, the Ducati hit 215mph on the straight at Catalunya during the IRTA tests... officially faster than your F1 cars.
Of course, the bikes have to start braking 140 feet earlier than the cars to go around corners, but if you've ever leant a bike into a corner, you'll know the experience beats downforce any time!
dear Mr. Lizard -.

I am not the most frequent poster but half the fun reading this forum is seeing what kind of mockery Steve56's posts provokes.
However, during my infrequent time on the board I have - even then he's humorous;yet to see an unsensible post from Woodgnome.
Consequently, even if english is not my first language,I knew right away that cobbler must have more than one meaning.
I looked it up and as I suspected it fits right in with Schumachers name.
So you see,my humble point was that your gentle mocking of Woodgnome was a little mistimed.
yours sincerely,
Blueberry.
