The song "Strange Love" your referring to Steve, was in "Lust For A Vampire"....the third and weakest of the Hammer "Karnstien" trilogy....after "The Vampire Lovers" and "Twins of Evil".

Was that set in Ostend. I am sure I have seen it but dont know how unless it has been on television. I am sure that it was frustratingly not explicit, unless i just saw the censored version. All the films mentioned so far seem to be from the 70's, arent there any more recent ones, or has that genre had its day? I hope not!

It was indeed set in Ostend, and it was more subtle than explicit - though still with more nudity than Hammer material. Not everyone's cup of tea, I grant you that.
In the early 1980s there was The Hunger, but I'd be hard pushed to name anything of that ilk past 1985 that was any good. But then, I'm a 70s man...

I remember The Hunger, and the scene with Catherine Deneuve and Susan Sarandon was good, particulalry the build up which was very erotic, but was spoilt by Catherine keeping her pants on.
