The health gurus have a lot to answer for when it comes to bad health messages

This association of guilt that usually comes after eating anything that contains fat is downright stupid and self defeating.

Anything that gives a little pleasure can't be a bad thing surely?

Until science understands the mind fully all these health experts are really
talking out of their backsides

Hard to treat an ailment when you ownly know 50% of the facts

That's the whole point: you shouldn't be having those three big meals- just 12 small ones at about 90-min intervals.

Sounds good in theory but then given that most workers these days don't really do anything to raise a sweat other than get stressed it would seem to be self defeating

My 3 main meals aren't the normal round plate stacked to within an inch on the ceiling fan but no more than what you can fit into a desert bowl

Water is what fills me up in between....2/3 litres per day and not that bottled crap....a great appetite suppressant

......and you have to exercise, of course.
And the time-pressure nowadays is certainly a negative factor......
