no idea who is supposed to own it. It's registered to your choice but even they get no reply from the owners/admin/mods/invisible man. Speaking from personal experience of running three forums and moderating another yes anyone can be a moderator it usually involved the username and password being put into a group by the admin and tick boxes of exactly what changes they are allowed to make from banning people to editing posts. This place needs several moderators and a complete overhaul. Personally i'd be tempted to either scrap all posts or at least put them into the read only archive and start anew.

1 - delete irrelevant posts

2 - approve new registrations

3 - de-register abusers of the forums

Completely agree with Sparky. We need a moderator to sort these forums out.

I would add too that we need the databases updated.

It would be good if the site owners could make themselves known and, ideally, if hey don't want to develop the site and forums themselves, invite expressions of interest from people who would. This is an invaluable resource and I'm sure more could be made of and from it if the willingness is there.
