I think the IAFD used to list supposed video sales figures but that was a long time ago before DVD's took over , they would then give that videos position on all time sales list.

The difference is Real Couples, as you say, is/was mix of pro's and amateurs so a variety of men, unlike Ben Dover, plus was only one string to your bow.

While in the 2000's the British Amateurs from .... DVD series was mostly repackaged older content there was more incentive to buy those than older / repackaged BD titles because of the variety.
