Agree there are some lovely Scottish girls but sadly for the reasons mentioned for many of them it's just not worth it
Geography has a big part to play in it. Girls who start to make a name for themselves but live in Glasgow have much higher traveling expenses than somebody who lives in Manchester or Birmingham. Consequentially they get fewer offers of work.
It's not racism, or lack of talent or lack of willingness on the girls part. It's harder to make really good money if you live north or the border. So fewer girls take the plunge and of those that do, fewer stick with it.
There are loads of girls who have done a few films, but the only one with a decent body of work (lots and lots of films) in recent years is Alexis May.
