Thing is Dimi. Its longer than they advertise. Doesn't matter if you live on the Western Isles or Orkney. I should know I worked at Royal Mail for 37 years until 2009 when I was medically retired.
You might allow an extra day depending what time of the day the DVDs wwere posted but not nearly a week.

Don't know what you guys are complaining about. I posted on here over a year ago when they traded under ????? , I am in my 60's !!!!. I sent many e-mails to Zorro and Marcus who assured me that they had not had my payment by postal order. I put it down to experience. Months later the DVD arrived from the States !! Would not deal with them again.
