I've contacted her ex Danny Mountain and youre right Gusset Sniffer, this is ridiculous and reflects how disorganised and selfish this business is when it cannot determine if a girl who was very popular is actually dead or alive and further compounded by all the means we have of communication at our disposal and we still dont know.

Rumours abound this is a hoax. If it is then it is a vicious one and not funny in the slightest given what we knew happened to her over a year ago

hello everyone,

I found this very sad news out myself last night. which came as a ashock to me as well as all of you .I then made some phone calls because even though me and natalie were not best friends we certainley spent a lot of time together at some points.

I always new natalie to be a bit of a free spirt and wild child so the first thing i thought was all of this which people were saying was bull shit but i then made one last phone call to kisten, who i know was like a second mother to this girl they spent a lot of time together and even though they sometimes had a love hate relationship they always ended up kissing and makeing up . kisten then confirmed to me that she had been in contact with natiles sister who identified natlie before she was released. so as far as i aware i do belive this is 100 pre cent true . i hope she finally finds peace in her life and that she is remembered for her work in the industry and the free spirt she was x

Well i will take your word for it Emma, very sad day then and my thoughts go out to her family and friends. From seeing Natalie for the first time was on camera was For Fiona Cooper from that day she was amongst my favourites and this news is very sad indeed. I will always remember her for her smile and the enjoyment she gave to many people, RIP Nat.

I've been watching this and the related thread like a hawk, hoping someone would confirm it's all a terrible rumour, exacerbated by chinese whispers. It seems OEJ continues to do some detective work and I trust the situation will become clearer soon. Thanks to the likes of Emma Butt, Dave Wells and OEJ for the initial/ongoing info.

From twitter, it seems one or two (apparently non-industry?) people who aren't very active on twitter are claiming to have known/attended a specific service during the week (held some weeks after the alleged incident), but some in the industry are claiming today she "is ok". The dubiety over Natalie's purported twitter a/c clearly doesn't help matters either (generally speaking, these twitter/facebook impersonators are sad people).

If reports are true, it would be so very sad news. There are a lot of wider stories floating round the net about Natalie relating to the past year or so (which can't all be true - if indeed any are) but I really hope she is ok and happy.

so so upset by this, shocking that the industry can destroy people like that, She was a great girl just very lost I have just spoken with Derek in LA who is very upset and needed clarification before he told natalies ex husband... I just told him what I knew so if you do have any other information id be greatful
