Elective cosmetic surgery is not necessary, you choose to undertake something which has potentially serious risks, up to and including fatality. No disrespect to the girl who wants this or anyone that has suggested a good clinic, but unless you understand the risks and know details of the surgeon who will carry out the procedure and the clinic, no of times they have performed the procedure and full details of any previous problems you are just flying blind. It's up to you to research the procedure and the practitioners.
No clinic or surgeon will have a website that says 10 Years in the business thousands of happy customers and less than 5% of our customers died or were left horribly disfigured!

It's just that, while everyone's of course perfectly entitled to behave as recklessly
as the Law will permit, I'm not entirely comfortable that many people on this forum
and elsewhere seem happy to offer glib advice and/or tacit or overt encouragement
to girls in such a position, when of course they don't have to take the slightest
responsibiilty for any possibly 'suboptimal' outcome from that advice.

I have seen a fair few 'boob jobs'.Many were badly done,and a small number(perhaps 10%) were excellent.I have to say that I prefer 'real' boobs,and find that fewer emotional and other problems are caused,by those owning the latter.

A surgeon who'd suggest a size smaller than a DD would be good one for starters especially as your friend is quite petite aswell.
As a lover of natural breasts I'd ofcourse advise against such a procedure altogether however if your friend is still insistent than a more 'natural' size would be the next best thing.

Aside from the possible risks involved.

They just look horrible silicone enhanced, unnatural, loss of feeling, and little sensation.

There's plenty of models making a good living with smaller boobs these days personality and ability to be natural in front of the cameras count for a lot more than a whopping pair of false silicone enhanced lumps.

I can only agree with that, we live in a society which has had an awful lot of it's core values perverted by this hideous worship of "Celebrity culture" all sorts of often thick as shit people attain fame and fortune and us lesser mortals are led to believe that if you spend money like they do you can buy happiness a better life etc by puchasing a $2000 handbag, bigger breasts, plumper lips, botoxed boat race, or sadly it seems in some cases using your fame, influence and money to bypass normal adoption rules. Some of the sexiest women i have seen and slept with have often been practically flat chested. In contrast of all the silicone enhanced women i have (excuse the pun) come across only 1 had what i would call natural looking boobs. One of most hideous experiences i have had was realizing that the superficially well preserved older woman i was looking at had a face, neck, lips, hands etc which all seemed to belong to women of different ages from teenage to pensioner a Frakenstein moment for me
But hey it's a free country!

Lots of people not liking fake boobs on here, but I have to say that a pair of surgically enhanced boobs can look great to me and can be a massive improvement to how a girl looked before
