I love megan and have worked with her a lot but I have to agree with ian t as other people tend to take advantage of her and talk her into bad ideas.

I hope she does sort her site out I will be telling her to check this thread and see if she can sort something

I have just seen this post and i am not surprised by your actions one bit. I fully understand your feelings towards this site and i am sorry you feel dissapointed and almost ripped off. I will speak to my web guy and agent who are creating this site, as they have the input as to when i shoot for it and what content goes up. I know i may seem responsible, but i am just doig as i am told by my agent (Billi Bhatti). I have tried to have more input and suggestions, yet they get ignored and brushed under the carpet. I have brought this thread to his attention, so fingers crossed- this makes a difference and he starts to take note of what i am saying. There will be BG on it soon as i have just shot with jonny cockfill.

Once again i am sorry to my fans, and you lovely people that have infact signed up. I will get onto this matter pronto!!

Megan - It's your name attached to the site. If the people doing it are ignoring you, I'd be wondering more generally about them.

Are they making you money? Someone who makes you money can be forgiven a lot, but if they treat you like this and don't make you money, sack them.

For example, who controls the domain name? It SHOULD be you. In practice it's whoever paid for it, and if that is BB as your agent then there should be a document stating that although he is the technical owner, it's really yours, and will be handed to you any time you ask for it, promptly and without charge. Furthermore that it cannot be held onto in any monetary dispute.

I have to disagree with this Paul. Anytime a model does a paysite with someone it should be done on a percentage deal, in my opinion being at least 50-50, with the site being both the model and the webmasters site.
I also feel it is vital that the webmaster is in control of the domain name as the model could just change the DNS one day and suddenly all the members of the site are screwed with accessing the site.

Also, given the amount of work the webmaster does, or should do as I appreciate there are plenty who don't keep their promises, it would be ludicrous to agree that the model could one day just up and take the domain name with no recourse and leave that webmaster suddenly having to explain to members that they no longer have access to the site and to affiliates to take down all the links, galleries they have made to promote the site etc.

I have to agree with JamesAllan.

If Billy Bhatti is your agent then you will fail miserably. This is the ex big brother contestant right?

What would he know about the business. he didnt hardly do anyhting on his show and like a few other z list celebs only lurks around porn stars hoping that his Big brother appearance will get him laid.

If it works, fair play to him but if your site is anyhting to go by then it is proof in itself you are being exploited in a bad way if they dont even listen to you.

Furthermore, saving bg for yourself is not financially worthwhile if you dont make enough to make a living from your site so I would definitely take on board what others have been saying here.
