I can it's because he's paid for the two weeks before the subscription is stopped.
Typical British porn business comment and little wonder it's so much in the shit.
Enough with the BlueBird site bashing please

It is just getting boring now. Yep they did fuck up several times but come on guys who hasn't?.... They have delivered now and even though I have absolutely no association with BlueBird as they are a competitor to me fairs fair and this is just starting to piss me off and it isn't even my site.
I know Hiwatt can be rather annoying but he has answered you guys and girls and to be honest he has spent a lot of time posting on here.
Do a read receipt when you send an email to them to see if your mail was received rather than just blanket slag offs on here.
Lets be friends and if you guys do really have a problem just do a chargeback for your money.

What that means in effect is that you have to cancel the day before your subscription is due for renewal or you will get charged for the month and not be able to watch it.
Not exactly an encouragement to subscribe....

Welcome to every possible porn/dating... in fact any site. Yes that is the rule for all sites...apart from the 'not be able to watch it'. So are you saying if you cancel mid membership you won't get to see the site.
All the sites I know including my sites...If you cancel mid membership you get access to the site upto your renewal date.. NOT on the date you cancelled.
Well let Hiwatt answer that one as I have no idea.

That does appear to be what Liam is saying. If you pay for 4 weeks and then decide to cancel after a few days, you should still be able to watch until the end of the four weeks.

This is a false and fraudulent post.
We have thoroughly checked this post by 'Liam' who only had 11 posts until this one.
http://bgafd.co.uk/forum/read.php?f=2&i=161238&t=161238
It is completely untrue.
He is not and has never been a site member.
He has never emailed support or admin.
He does in fact run a minor tease site which he obviously takes to be in competition with us.
We have asked admin to remove his post and issue a warning.
Thank you

"Posting abusive public forum comments like this is not a good way to obtain relaxation of contractual terms."
Exactly where and how was Liam abusive? Do you treat all your customers this way?

Hiwatt I really think you are in the wrong business. The way you speak to current and/or potential customers is quite frankly a disgrace. You rude and abrasive to anyone who makes a comment about the site.
The fact that you did not know it was a fraudulent claim when making ridiculous comments to someone who at the time was one of your customers how's this. You should be bending over backwards to be polite and compensate any complaints especially as we are in a recession.
What role do you actually have at bluebird.
I may add everyone else associated with the company are very polite and helpful.
