Dear Samdean, I am a support representative at Bluebird Films and I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with the site. Bluebird Films in the UK is in the midst of joining forces with its new sister company in the US, Bluebird America. During the last couple of weeks, the US side has been working on taking over the website and this has caused some glitches with the UK website, which has led to this tardy response. I hope you will take the time to email me so that we can resolve your issues and bring you back to Bluebird! We are launching the brand new site within the next few days and look forward to offering you exciting new content. Please email me at "Marc@bluebirdfilmsusa.com" so that we resolve these issues as soon as possible. We look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, the new Bluebird Support Team. :)

That's the third cut and paste response to a query - looks like the usual call centre style

Hi, it's Marc at Bluebird. I do confess I cut and pasted those responses, but only because the root problem was the same! I assure you I am personally handling these issues along with the rest of the new support team! Our new website will be up and running within the next few days. If you have any questions or issues please email me at "marc@bluebirdfilmsusa.com" Thank you!

Brilliant Marc, well done. I'm sure we'll all sleep easy knowing Bluebird is in safe hands.

What happened to Paul / Hiwatt? Another victim of the credit crunch?

Seriously, good luck but try to be a bit more personal.

Lol I guess I was trying to do the "professional" thing too much? Thanks for the tip!

Good to hear that Bluebird has employed someone to diligently work through the customer service problems. To be honest, I was starting to lose faith in Bluebird. But your appearance here has restored it Marc.

And it is even better news to hear that we only have a few days to wait for the new and improved Bluebird!

Marc, are you only dealing with customer service issues and technical issues, or are you able to give us a little teaser to what ?Generation 2? will hold? I heard previously that navigation will be improved... Will there be any chance that we would be able to know who appears in each individual scene, or will we still just have a brief flash preview?
It is just that some of the previews only show close ups of penetration and flashing lights, not who is being penetrated and what else the scene consists of.

And is there a chance that you could tell us some of the content we have to look forward to?

Plus in previous posts from Hiwatt it was said that the US is the primary market place for Bluebird now.. Does this mean that we will not get to see ?TV Babes XXX?? I would assume that the Girls from Babestation/BangBabes etc don?t have a great deal of appeal to the US market. So will this still be available this year?

Anyway, looking forward to seeing Bluebird achieve its full potential.
You have all the content, just give us consumers the chance to buy it!
