Re: Do any UK pornstars get royalties years later?

Every industry goes corporate eventually. The music industry years ago was very ramshackle, particularly the touring side of things, but it ended up being run and organised like Pepsi or Coke or like a large computer firm. The porn industry in the US, as I understand it is run just like any other business, porn sets nowadays even have catering companies supplying meals, where as years ago people had to 'brown bag it' - namely get a pizza delivered or go out and get a McDonalds for everyone to eat (I remember seeing the famous pornstar Ginger Lynn taking about this).
I know little about the UK porn industry but it seems like common sense that larger companies, that have proper film sets, many people working behind the scenes etc, would likely have royalty deals with their performers. I was not thinking that that may be the case with someone who was hired to film a scene in a bedroom in a backstreet in Slough where the thing would be called 'amateur' at best, and obviously just cash-in-hand would be paid.
