It's a fucking awful country as long as we allow newspapers to tell us what to think.

..though at least your example seems to have been hung for the sheep
rather than the lamb.
I doubt that's much consolation to either, however.

More strange when you consider that Italy has voted two (if I'm correct) Poarn stars as MP's in the past.

From bitter experience I can totally sympathise with Helen Serghi. The problem is that Newspapers are a dying breed, who wants to read yesterdays news, when you have TV and the Internet? With newspaper sales down the only way to increase circulation is for a bit of titillation and to drag someone?s past from 10 years ago. Great journalism! They can?t even get the first paragraph correct; a teaching assistant is NOT a teacher. Oh, but it does not sound so good.

Newspapers are on a witch hunt for anyone like this because they want to be seen as taking the moral high ground. Just don?t mention the tits on page 3 and the massive amounts of advertising for adult materials in the small adds.

What?s even more saddening is that a lot of people who will be saying 'tut tut' will be watching their porn DVD?s or mags, swinging, getting drunk, shagging or taking drugs. Nobodies perfect!

What will become of Helen Serghi? Well, she will lose her job and join the jobless (or go back into porn). In the papers ?great? story what everyone in the country wanted to know about we will now be paying for her in our taxes. Well done ?The Sun? you bunch of cretins (have you got any brains) and in a few weeks time everyone will have forgotten about it apart from Helen Serhgi and her family.

People stop buying trash newspapers!
