I can understand a women wanting to have surgery to get her good looks back when she gets older.

But it is almost impossible for me to understand why a gorgeous young women like Natalie would want to have any enhancements.

Not Natalie's biggest fan, but I agree that her frame carries off the bigger boobs well. Her frame's just a bit too stocky for me. In the looks department, apart from having nice eyes, she's not what you would call pretty in the classical sense. She's no cheeckbones, her nose looks like it's had major surgery that's gone wrong and her jawline and chin are set a bit too forward.
