I ordered a few British titles from CD Universe which is based in the USA,i got away with the customs fee for most of my orders but just before xmas 2007 i had to pay a custom fee of around ?11.50 for an order .So you will eventually have to pay a customs fee.
Best bet is order from british porn.org.They're based in Spain, thus passing customs and do supply US titles as well as European and obviously British.
Good luck anyway !thumbsup!

JJ pointed out problems :-
Download quality
PC viewing position.
Dvds can be downloaded. Bypass C+E, VAT, BBFC etc.
Viewing position - yes a 40 inch screen is nice, sitting on a comfy sofa.
Although some dvd players play divx and WMV, the xbox I think plays this media.
Some stuff doesn't appear on dvd and/or the actual master tapes have disappeared so the quality issues are negligible.
So iptv is next? Ya get a dvd recorder and bang on a stream.
This massage (the medium is the massage) was bought to you by
BritishPornDVD - buy it now!

I send my DVD's to states on a regular basis & the customers recieve them OK but i'm not sure about the UK with it being a police state etc.

I understand that you might be looking for specific titles but have you searched the free download sites on the net. 2 years ago I bought over 100 titles from the US (never had any customs problems but I live in Ireland) but since I got broadband and discovered various websites I have no inkling to do any more buying. I've recorded over 100dvds (burn files to dvd+rw and then copy via dvd recorder to dvd+r) and have over 100GB of content on my hard drive waiting to be copied. If you are still going to buy I suggest trying the US sites (my favourite was Excaliburfilms who were very cheap, discreet and if you spent $50 you could pick a free dvd from a list. They sent dvds in envelopes marked educational material too.). No european sites are going to compete with prices , especially with the weakness of the dollar.

Just looked at britishporn.org, with difference in exchange rate significantly more expensive than CD Universe.
Purchases under ?18 are exempt from duty & VAT.
With the exchange rate at $1.95/? in theory you could order $35 of DVD's and postage without any charge.
Mike, how many DVD's at what price did you buy to get the ?11.50 customs fee? Did that include the ?8 Royal Mail handling fee, or were they delivered by another UK carrier?

So far never had a problem with buying from the US. Ive bought stuff from Excalibur and other sites. I only tend to order around 2 to 5 discs at a time and never have the plastic cases anyway. Take too much room up for a start!
