We decided to use the name used in Cumming to Ibiza as it was close to the name used in the Ben Dover. Who knows who chose the name originally - another of Ben's jokes? Tanya Hyde was used for Jody Healy in thesame film. A joke later used or re-invented by a film director for Private.

Of what proof have you this is not a wind up? Not i guess you'd want to find out in a court of Law, but it seems strange....

I admit that this has crossed my mind. There's no way I can be absolutely sure, but at the same time I also have no reason to doubt her claim either (and, to be honest, I can't think of a reason why someone would make it up). All in all, I'd much rather play it safe. In her first e-mail she did explain exactly why she wanted stuff removed and the reasons do seem very genuine.
