I managed to cancel by email. Had kept their original confirmation email, so just replied quoting user name and transaction number.

Seemed to do the trick.

Doing a chargeback is always an option, many commercial sites make various threats if you do this, but the fact is this is more of a problem for them than you, the worst they can do is cause your card to not work on their providers site, but if they get enough chargebacks against them visa etc can pull their credit facility. Over 5 or so years I have done this about three times and only when I was being ripped off.

sexclub can only be described as pure trash, this site is so poor its almost funny.

as trying to cancel, it took me a few times to get through, just keep trying mate.
