Oh and one more thing.

Look at what God botherer Brown has done in his first few weeks as PM.

Scuppered the super casino project (as a Mancunian this is big kick in the teeth) and now he wants to re classify cannabis back up to a class B drug.

So he's targeted gambling and drugs. How long before he "tackles" the Adult industry ?????

He/they already have, in the form of the so-called ‘extreme porn’ proposals contained in the latest (of a long line of) criminal justice bill(s) – If (really, when) they become law, it will be a criminal offence to merely possess material that the authorities consider ‘extreme’, even if it features consenting adults.

Punishment for this heinous crime? Up to 3 years in prison!

Ironic, really, that the UK is arguably the most repressive state in the EU, and, therefore, its citizens most in need of protection from the state, that one of ‘Bliar’s’ final acts was to refuse to sign up to the EU’s Charter of Fundamental Rights.

"I think the rules state that you can show a pussy and a hard cock if you want, but nothing can be touching them."

The rules are (in theory!):

BBFC - ‘18’ Certificate

Sex Works at ‘18’
Sex works are works, normally on video or DVD, whose primary purpose is sexual arousal or stimulation. Sex works containing material which may be simulated are generally passed ‘18’, while sex works containing clear images of real sex are confined to the ‘R18’ category.

‘R18’ Certficiate
The ‘R18’ category is a special and legally restricted classification primarily for explicit works of consenting sex between adults.

‘Ofcon’ – from their Broadcast Code

1.23 Pay per view services may broadcast up to BBFC 18-rated films or their equivalent, at any time of day provided:
 there is a protection system pre 2100 and post 0530 (a mandatory PIN or other equivalent protection), that seeks satisfactorily to restrict access solely to those authorised to view when material other than BBFC U-rated or PG-rated or their equivalents is shown;
 information is provided about programme content that will assist adults to assess its suitability for children;
 there is a detailed billing system for subscribers which clearly itemises all viewing including viewing times and dates; and
 those security systems which are in place to protect children are clearly explained to all subscribers

1.24 Premium subscription services and pay per view/night services may broadcast ‘adult–sex’ material between 2200 and 0530 provided that in addition to other protections mentioned above:
 there is a mandatory PIN protected encryption system, or other equivalent protection, that seeks satisfactorily to restrict access solely to those authorised to view; and
 there are measures in place that ensure that the subscriber is an adult.

1.25 BBFC R18-rated films or their equivalent must not be broadcast.
