Pretty simple really - It's all covered by the Video Recordings Act 1984, when this became law the internet was in its infancy and the Government at the time thought that the speed of the internet would not get quick enough so streaming/downloading were never written into the Act and so are not covered by it.

We had a good chat. She was very friendly.
So I bought the R18 version.

Hi All,
Unfortunately the billing system is not yet finished on the Bonnie site. I did not plan to launch the site for another two weeks as we are still in the process of building the members area.
The R18 will be available to purchase at Private sex shops from next week.
The 18 can be purchased by calling 0845 2256634, we can post immediately.
Anyone experiencing problems rest assured I have got your e-mails and will be coming back to you over the next few days.
I plan to launch Bonnie's own WAP site next week so you have all the downloads on there too!
