there is a Sarah in this clip:
In which case I think it could be Tequila Woods who is also known as Sarah

When I first saw the picture, I thought it was a pic of GMTV presenter Kate Garraway after a run-in with a peroxide bottle and too much to drink at last year's GMTV Christmas party. Really looks like her in the face. If a pair of double DDs are hidden behind that skirt, maybe it is her, after all.
