How does a model charge extra, just in case she catches something from an amateur, so can't work for a month ? That figure can't be evaluated.
As for a model doing a private shoot and then it being published:
All models should have a contract signed by the amateur, not a model release, stating their terms for doing the private shoot. Then they have a legally binding contract
