I'm afraid I can't be of much help. I don't recognize her from any film that Sarah Young was in, but that doesn't mean that she wasn't in another SAP/SYC film.

The only thing I can say about her is that that picture set appeared in the MGM (Moser Grupo Media S.L.) magazine Young & Nasty 5.

In it she is named as Emily. Not that that will be of much use to you as (A). You only have a single name. (B) Hans Moser is notorious for using false names for the models in his films/magazines.

She's most probably European, so it may pay you to ask this question over on EGAFD.

Just been doing a bit more research and found that there is a movie preview clip of that scene on SLY.TV. In that the couple are Monika Szekeres and Nathan Long.

How real those names are though I have no idea. I did a quick search for Monika Szekeres, but came up with nothing.
