I don't know what that means.

On reflection though I think I deserved a telling off. Fair's fair, if I hired a guy for a b/g shoot and just before he started he turned around and said he was only going to use the first inch of his penis it wouldn't bother me in the slightest.

Personally i dont get 1 inch in the pussy or 10 inches it makes NO SENSE at all either you do it or you dont

Do people still shoot this kind of stuff?? i am quite susprised there is a market for it other than the dropping off the shelf mags

Claire said that when she worked with dildos etc. she only held them or inserted them by 1". She asked what people considered continental to be and whether she should advertise herself as working up to continental level.

The fact that she's asking the question at all highlights the fact that people who hire models for continental might expect the model to insert more than 1".

I said if she advertised herself as modelling up to continental and states her limits prior to being booked then there can be no problem. Therefore there is no problem saying she works upto continental - which answers the question.

After I made this post lucyloux wrote a post 'tellin me off'

I wasn't sure whether I was being told off for daring to post on the subject or for saying I might be pissed off if I hired someone for continental who didn't state their limits first. I replied to her with an example of hiring a man to work in a b/g who hadn't made his limits clear. It was an over the top example, I'll admit.

That's what the c i'm on about.

Right just to clear a few things up as most of you have been amusing but not exactly clear on whats what, and I feel there is a poor girl reading these reply's and saying wtf!
artistic nude = no clothes no open leg just tits and pubes (if you have any)
top shelf american = no clothes open leg and pink (spread pussy open with fingers no insertion)
Top shelf continental = No cloths, open leg and toys or fingers, if they (photographers) have asked for continental, they usually assume you will be ok inserting a toy with absolutly no restrictions on how much you will stick up there , top shelf mags like to see the toy usually in and pulled over to one side so you get a good shot, and this can sometimes mean that your only sticking it in an inch but if your capable of putting it in an inch then whats the problem with the rest of it.
generally this only applies to Mag work as video work requires the standard of at least fucking yourself good and hard with the desired object.
this was how it was when i first started out in 99 and i do know that levels have changed for mag work but the terminology hasn't.
hope this helps and good luck with whatever you choose to do and as my ol' pal Lucy Law (yeah she's back, cracking babe!!) says watch out for the sharks.
luv n hugs to all
Karina
