Yes, I agree it's highly probable that Harrison Marks is responsible. Not only was he contributing stuff for Sullivan at the time, but he often utililised a dungeon set. Had they been from a genuine company like Color Climax, more info would have come to light. I'm just amazed that with all sorts of obscure information emerging re seventies porn in recent years that no-one knows anything about it, particularly as the ad ran in several big selling mags over several months! Perhaps GHM collectors might know something though I'm not holding my breath.

There was a film WOMEN IN CHAINS from around the same time with Suzie Sangello Bond which seems to have a similar theme. I think ANNA'S MANOR is from the early Seventies and like much of Marks's stuff was shot in two versions.

It might be worth contacting the Harrison Marks website as they claim to list all his known work and are also making much of it available on DVD.

Found another Ad for the Ultimate Film Club, this from 1975, again all the films being advertised were made by Marks.

I dont think the nazi themed loops were made by H.Marks . The dungeon in the violators was a real location rather than the "sets" which HM used. There is also a scene in one of them where the "Nazi's" tour London in an american convertible which I dont think would be his style as a nice jewish boy. I don't think Sullivan had much to do with them either apart from advertising them at inflated prices. These films were also available from a company called Haringey Photographic for about ?3.00 each still more than I could afford at the time!

Marks did make Anna's manor etc and they were put out as his Maximus releases which were somewhat stronger than his earlier Kamera releases. In the early 70's he also did some loops for Color Climax some of which used material which turned up in his Maximus range and some which were purely for CC. Again I think that Sullivans role was merely selling them through his mags as did many others.

Many thanks for the above. From what you say you must have seen something from these loops. Do you know if they were American, or anything about the cast? - I've heard of a few US productions on this theme but they were made in the 1980s. Any info you have will be gratefully received!
