Whilst I think it is a great idea to take the event outside of London for a change, you can't avoid the fact that London is relatively cheap and easy for EVERYBODY to get to. My only concern with Chester is that it is probably not so accessible.

I do know of venues in Sheffield and Leeds that would probably be very happy to host the event.
