Being an old git lol I remebers em.

They are American did the film Behind the Green Door starring Marilyn Chambers which caused a huge stir in the States because Marilyn was the face on the box for Ivory Soap (I think) which was a big 'family' product over there then.

chambers did rabid as well.

When I was 15 I used to copy and supply them round school VHS or Betamax. I had a mate who told his mum he was in a "book club" so she was never suspicious when parcels kept coming from Holland.

I had a really good one called WET SHOTS featuring some 70s American black babes with afros doing anal.

Chances of ever finding those movies again are about nil.

Been away for a few days but here's my solution.

I decided to digitise my vhs library/archive for several reasons. I can get 80 dvds in a binder which takes the space of two vhs, this also means that I can get easy access to check titles that would otherwise be buried in loftspace. Obviously futureproofing is another consideration although how long will standard dvd drives be fitted to everything?

I bought a Sharp vcr/dvd recorder for around ?200. Currys website has two or three machines at this price. Transfer is linear with chapter points automatically entered at 10 minute intervals. However by monitoring the dubbing you can stop and start each scene and get an automatically generated menu which can be renamed.

Ultimately I'll have transferred around 400 porn titles and a hundred or so vhs tapes (tv clips, show reels, tv ads) often 60 seconds-worth which I can consolidate onto disc saving even more space. Thus the hardware cost is amortised at around 40pence per dvd. With blank dvd's costing me just 20p that's just 60pence per copy. As for copyright these are archive versions for my own use. Indeed I've been throwing the old cassettes in the bin.

If you have to mail tapes to be copied and you want them returned then the postage cost alone will be more than 60p! Given the work involved in copying & returning I can't see anyone being bothered for less than ?5 a go (unless they're gonna make a few extra freebies for themselves) so your break-even is just 40 tapes.

Buy a machine.

Couldn't have put it better myself, it's so easy. You could even hook up your old Betamax machine(if you have one) and transfer those tapes to DVD.
