Hi Babe,
Hopefully I'll still be coming I've got to get hold of tony. I'm keeping my site up for a while and will be shooting for that but nothing too strenuous on the knee. I'll be working with Mr McCavity so will still be around.
Who knows what'll happen in the future

Hi Autumn
Sorry about the retirement but particularly your knee injury. Hope that's not too painful for you.
If the knee is giving you pain, it might be worth checking out a chiropractor who secialises in sporting injuries (he said with a straight face). I have a friend who couldn't even jog for five years but she's pain free and running again after seeing a guy who was into sports therapy. He gave her advice on her footwear and things like that and she's fine now.

Hi Ned,
Funny you should mention that as I'm planning to go see a sports physio for a 2nd opinion and treatment etc.
Thanks for the info anyway,

I fucked up the ligament on my hip a few years a go and was told that I would have to just live with it.
However I was referred to a sports physiotherapist who used to be part of the Bath Rugby Club. It took four seperate one hour session but he sorted it out and I am now A1.
He didn't come sheap at ?45 an hour but you can't put a price on your health.
Best of luck with the sports physio Autumn and in your new career.
