Ian at walpole is very good, even when we have needed a model at very short notice he has sorted it for us.

No agent can 100% guarantee a girl will show up! All you can do is pay a backup girl(s) to be ready for a last minute callup. Ian has supplied the girls for atleast the last 30 movies i've worked on, so yes he's good.
The rate he charges you & amount he takes from the girls is the basic industry norm, the more you use him and/or the better your negotiation skills will produce a better rate. Thats down to you my friend...
